PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid/liquid separator capable of conveying an object to be treated such as a sludge without clogging, efficiently separating the liquid from the object to be treated and easily performing maintenance work. SOLUTION: A movable plate 12 and a fixed plate 13 are alternately arranged and two screws 21, 22 are arranged at recessions 14, 15 formed on these movable plate 12 and fixed plate 13. A part of impellers 25, 26 of the two screws 21, 22 is overlapped and the liquid is discharged from a gap between the movable plate 12 and the fixed plate 13 while conveying the object to be treated by rotating/driving both screws 21, 22. At replacement of the movable plate 12, the two screws 21, 22 are lifted up, and then, the movable plate 12 is pulled up. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
