PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise machine having a simple structure which has a high degree of freedom of exercise direction and eliminates an exercise shortage of legs caused at the time of seating. SOLUTION: This leg swing exercise machine at seating is constituted so that right and left dangling arm parts connected by a universal joint 5 are formed on the top part of a support column 3 erected at the center part of a pedestal 1, and a user can exercise both legs while putting both feet, in a sat state, on foot plates 7 rotatably connected by a bearing set on the end parts of both dangling arms of movable arms 4 to swing forward/rearward. rightward/leftward. and upward/downward on the fulcrum at the center part.
