PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic/health slipper, sandal, and shoe, which corrects the distortion of body, makes a beautiful proportion, solves various troubles caused by the distortion of body and is effective for health improvement. SOLUTION: A high step is formed at the center of the sole of a footwear. The protruding is or the center in the longitudinal direction. By this, the centroid of the body is corrected, the distortion of bones is straightened, and a beautiful and balanced body is obtained naturally through a daily life. In addition, an improvement can be expected for dropsy, obesity, and cellulite caused by the distortion of body and the lack of exercise. It is not easily noticed by others because it is on a sole. Customizing by changing the position of the centroid can be done by controlling the position, width, length, height, angle and direction of the protruding according to the user, purpose and level.
