PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roulette device and a roulette game machine using the roulette device capable of providing varied performances by illuminating a roulette board and changing the color of the light based on the progress of a game. SOLUTION: The roulette board 12 is illuminated or blinked by changing the color of the light according to the respective game progress states in a betting period, a bonus performance period and a ball rolling period by a bottom LED 71 provided in the interior of a rotating disk 22 of the roulette device 2 and a side LED 73 provided on the outer circumference of a guide wall 30.
