PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide filtration equipment for an aquarium installing an automatic feeder and simply performing feeding operation. SOLUTION: The filtration equipment as an object is arranged on the top of the aquarium P, provided with a casing 10 having a filtration chamber 3 and a drainage chamber 4 and designed to feed water filtered in the filtration chamber 3 to the drainage chamber 4 and returned through a main drainage port 5 into the aquarium. An auxiliary drainage port 6 is installed on the bottom wall of the drainage chamber 4 and an auxiliary drainage port peripheral wall 61 is installed in a rising form to the upper side in the peripheral edge of the auxiliary drainage port 6. A feeding port 8 is provided corresponding to the auxiliary drainage port 6 in the upper wall of the drainage chamber 5. Thereby, the filtration equipment is composed so as to introduce a feed charged from the feeding port 8 through the interior of the drainage chamber from the auxiliary drainage port 6 into the aquarium. A flat carrying-platform part 16 for the feeder carrying the feeder 9 is installed near at least the feeding port 8 in the upper wall 15a of the casing 10. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
