The invention relates to a cooling assembly for an electrical appliance comprising one or several heat sources, said electrical appliance being provided with an electric power supply unit (11) encompassing at least one heat source. The inventive cooling assembly comprises a fan mechanism (24) for cooling the at least one heat source of the power supply unit by means of an air flow as well as a liquid-cooling device (40). In order to create a cooling assembly that can be used in a compact manner, the fan mechanism (24) is disposed such that a radiator (38) of the liquid-cooling device can be at least partially impinged upon by an air flow of the fan mechanism (24).
