Multi-valence insertable heating and cooling wooden plate has distribution and collecting tubes and mesh of capillary tubes arranged between them. It consists of a wooden panel (2) having channels (5) whose dimensions are selected so that there is low deformation of capillary tubes (4). Additional stability is provided to the plate with the help of cross beam (6) and longitudinal framework (7). Three-sided flat contact is formed between wooden surface layer (3) and intermediate tubes enabling good thermal conduction. Mounting device (8) is attached to total structural element (1), which is used to transport the total structural element. The collecting tubes (9) of capillary tubes mesh are joined to the connection device at heating/cooling water network (10). The total structural element can be mounted in horizontal, vertical and slanting space.
