<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-type storing box for a grocery bag in which the bag brought in home and accumulated by shopping everyday or the like can be stored easily and from which the bag can be taken out easily when it is reused for a trash bag or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The storing box is a container comprised of a thin-type box to store the grocery bag, at the upper left corner of which an opening to take out the bag is provided. A storing lid, which can be opened and closed freely in storing the bag, is provided on the opposite side to the opening of the container. When the container is used, the bag is pulled out from the opening of the container piece by piece to reuse it for the trash bag or the like.
