<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which can correctly and easily judges whether the positions of staples or punches overlap the range of existence of content in all pages, a trial printing method therefor and a printer driver. <P>SOLUTION: A network printer receives print files from PCs, an image forming section prepares page information for each page on the basis of the print files by a page information preparation means, combines a plurality of page information into one page by a page combination means or combines in accordance with a format set in a setting section.
