PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystalline di(meth)acrylate compound for obtaining a retardation film which exhibits excellent transparency, suppresses unevenness in retardation values and yet dispenses with very high coating accuracy to achieve excellent productivity, and the retardation film and the like using the same.

SOLUTION: The liquid crystalline di(meth)acrylate compound is represented by formula (I) (wherein R1and R2are each independently a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; R3and R4are each independently a 2-12C alkylene group; R5and R6are each independently -O-CO- or -CO-O-; A1and A2are each independently -O- or -O-CO-O-; and X is an aromatic substituent group). The retardation film is obtained using the same.
