<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a suitcase capable of maintaining a fixation and durability of a handle without rendering the suitcase itself heavier. <P>SOLUTION: The suitcase 1 is provided with a suitcase body 3 having clothes housing parts 2a and 2b openably and closeably provided on both sides and a telescopic handle part 4 mounted on the body 3. A gusset part 5 is disposed in the middle of the base body 3. The housing parts 2a and 2b are provided side-by-side on both side edges of the bottom 5a of the gusset part 5. Slide fasteners 6a and 6b are provided on both side edges of the gusset part 5, engaging with slide fasteners 7a and 7b provided on peripheral edges of the housing parts 2a and 2b. A plastic inner frame body 8 is inserted into the inside face of the gusset part 5.
