<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to provide information for a decision by which a program can be selected by using comprehensively evaluated results of an individual program. <P>SOLUTION: Analyzers 61-1 to 71-7 convert numerically each predetermined program information (an audience rate, program explanation, a key word, broadcast starting time, ending time, performers, impressions for the program and the number of the impressions, the number of reusing times of program introduction information, the number of comments received via an official site of a program P1, and a history of usage). Then, resulting analyzed values A1 to A7 are supplied to an evaluator 53. The evaluator 53 evaluates the program with respect to 6 evaluation items based on the analyzed values A1 to A7 supplied from the analyzer 52.
