<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can set up a credit card usage limit appropriately. <P>SOLUTION: A credit card management system sets up the credit card usage limit in the range of present disposable income of a credit card member. Further, a credit card full member can set up a family member's usable limit.
