<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pasting type exothermic body which can heat a larger area while having the same size as a conventional large-sized pasting type exothermic body. <P>SOLUTION: This pasting type exothermic body 1 has a structure that a release film 3, an adhesive layer 5, a base material film 7, an exothermic composition layer 9 and an air-permeable film 11, which respectively have a sheet form, overlie one after another. The peripheral edges and the central sections in the lateral direction of the base material film 7 and the air-permeable film 11 are heat-sealed, and two pockets 15 which are partitioned by a non-exothermic zone 17 are formed. In each pocket 15, an exothermic composition 9 is filled in such a manner that the filling density may become higher at the central sections of respective pockets, and the filling density may become coarse at the peripheral edge sections. Thus, a high-temperature section is formed at two locations being away from the center of the exothermic body 1, and heat can be transmitted from the high-temperature section to the outside of the pockets 15. Therefore, a wider heating area can be provided, compared with an exothermic body having the same-sized outer shape and one exothermic composition layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
