PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic transfer sheet having excellent cracking resistance, scratch resistance, water resistance and adhesion resistance, widely applicable to various uses such as the outdoors, a wet area, a movable body (a vehicle or the like) and a packing material, excellent in hiding property of a non-image portion, and giving an image of high image quality, and to provide a method for manufacturing the electrophotographic transfer sheet. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic transfer sheet comprises an image receiving sheet having a first support and at least an image receiving layer on the first support, and an adhesive sheet having a second support and at least a second adhesive layer on the second support, has a second adhesive layer surface of the adhesive sheet on a toner image surface on the image receiving layer after image formation, and is obtained by stripping the first support, wherein a surface electric resistance (SR) of the image receiving layer is 1.0×10<SP>9</SP>-5.0×10<SP>14</SP>Ω/cm<SP>2</SP>both at 10°C and 15% RH and at 28°C and 85% RH.
