PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agitation method of a liquid having a surfacing ingredient that introduces a liquid having the surfacing ingredient such as draining, lake water and the like into a sufficiently agitated state and incorporates the surfacing ingredient into the water without using an agitation blade, and to provide a transportation method thereof to a desired place. SOLUTION: The agitation method comprises producing vortex by allowing the draining 29 including the surfacing ingredient 26 and precipitating ingredients 27, 28 to flow down through a vertical aperture 24 to collide them to the bottom face 22 and the side wall 23. The transportation method comprises enabling the whole of the draining to transport by incorporating the surfacing ingredient into the draining and also enabling the surfacing ingredient to be sucked with a pump and the like.
