PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the time necessary for drying the laundry by speedily removing the moisture, which tends to be gathered in a lower part of the laundry being dried, from the laundry. SOLUTION: The drying implement has a function of gathering the moisture dispersed in a wide range in the laundry into one point and removing the moisture by making the moisture drop as water drops. The drying implement with the function is attached to the lower end of the laundry to be dried.
