PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of effectively manufacturing a pure carbon nanotube, especially, a single-walled carbon nanotube easily by improving the defects of the current manufacturing method by CCVD (catalytic chemical vapor deposition) method. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of the carbon nanotube is by CCVD method using a phase separation method porous glass carrier, and this carbon nanotube structure comprises the phase separation method porous glass carrier and the carbon nanotube.
