PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling box holding transportation rack through securing an initial arrangement condition of seedling boxes in the rack so as to prevent the seedling boxes from getting out of a holding position and prevent disorder of holding arrangement of the seedling boxes and occurrence of damage of seedlings in the seedling boxes during transportation, in the case of transporting with a truck the rack holding seedling boxes in many steps in an unfixed free condition to facilitate work of loading and unloading the seedling boxes. SOLUTION: This seedling box holding transportation rack is used for transporting with a vehicle the rack in which the seedling boxes 8 are held through inclining the rectangular seedling boxes in the longitudinal direction to align in the rack and hold in a stepwise condition. The rack has an inclined lower side receiving bar 6 supporting the downward edge of the seedling box and an inclined upper side receiving bar 3 supporting the upward edge of the seedling box. The seedling boxes are led out from and introduced to the rack through inclining in the longitudinal direction with the combination of the receiving bars of the inclined lower and upper sides, and supported in an unfixed free condition.
