A first LC resonator (Q1) and a second LC resonator (Q2) formed in a laminated body (10a) are connected by a grounded third inductor (L3). A first inductor pattern (21) of the first LC resonator (Q1) and a second inductor pattern (22) of the LC resonator (Q2) are formed axisymmetrically to a third inductor pattern (23) on a main plane of a dielectric layer (12), and each one edge side is connected to a common connecting part (26) positioned at the center of the third inductor pattern (23).
