PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding simultaneous printing system which can effectively eliminate defective molding and defective transfer caused by the inflow of a resin onto the surface on the opposite transfer part side of transfer printing foil and a method for producing a transfer printing molding. SOLUTION: In the molding simultaneous printing system which has an injection molding machine, a mold fitted to the injection molding machine, the transfer printing foil in which transfer parts are printed in the longitudinal direction at prescribed intervals, a foil delivery mechanism for delivering the transfer parts of the foil in turn into the mold, and a foil feed means having a foil winding mechanism for winding the transferred foil from the mold, injects the resin into the clamped mold, and performs molding and transfer printing on the surface of the molding at the same time, a block body which folds at least one end part in the width direction of the foil in relation to the parting plane of the mold and holds it between the movable and fixed molds of the mold when the mold is clamped is installed in at least one of the movable mold and the fixed mold, and a spring biasing the block body toward the opposite side of the fixed mold or the opposite side of the movable mold when the mold is opened is provided.
