PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the attaching work to the rim of a pneumatic tire based on the vulcanization molding of a green tire as it is or in a shape near to the shape of the green tire. SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire 11 is obtained by the vulcanization molding of a green tire while keeping the distance between the bead parts of the green tire to a shape wider than the rim width of a standard rim being an attaching target. Next, the pneumatic tire 11 is held by a post cure inflator 2 and the bead parts 14 are pressurized (F<SB>2</SB>) to the inside of a tire axial direction by the post cure inflator 2 to be deformed so that the rim width W<SB>2</SB>of the standard rim 20 being an attaching object and the interval between a pair of the bead parts 14 becomes equal. In the pneumatic tire thus deformed, since the interval between the bead parts is equal to the rim width of the standard rim 20, it becomes unnecessary to narrow the bead parts at the time of attachment to facilitate attaching work.
