PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell culture device capable of being easily subjected to coating work at a low cost, having weakened cytotoxicity, and having good cell adhesion properties. SOLUTION: In this cell culture device, at least a part of a surface of a substrate applied to cell culture is coated with at least one kind selected fromε-poly-L-lysine and its salt.
