PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems on the construction of a conventional oil circulation mechanism wherein its size is hardly reduced because of the need for an oil pump space or the like when requiring an oil pump and its size is also hardly reduced because of no need for an oil pump or the like but the need for significantly increasing the large capacity of an oil pan when the capacity of the oil pan is larger than the capacity of a sub tank. SOLUTION: This oil circulation mechanism comprises an oil pan 30 provided in an engine body 10 and a sub tank 40 provided near the oil pan 30, the oil pan 30 being communicated with the sub tank 40. A partition plate 31 is provided in a vertically midway portion of the oil pan 30 for vertically separating the oil pan 30 into an oil receiving portion 71 and an oil reserving portion 72.
