PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling water/rainwater utilization system for collecting and reusing the cooling water from a water-cooled ice-cream cone or ice-cream making machine which has been discharged into a sewer and also a falling rainwater as water. SOLUTION: The invention includes a water storage tank for holding the falling rainwater and the cooling water discharged from the machines such as an ice-cream cone maker, a ice-cream maker or the like, a filtration device for filtering the water flowing into the water storage tank, a rainwater inflow pipe for letting the rainwater flow into the rainwater storage tank, a cooling water inflow pipe for letting the discharged cooling water from the machines such as an ice-cream cone maker, an ice-cream maker or the like flow into the water storage tank, and a recycling apparatus for supplying and reusing the water stored in the water storage tank.
