PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent any detention of dirty water at a bottom portion of the rainwater tank by extending an overflow pipe to the bottom portion of the rainwater tank. SOLUTION: An overflow pipe 3 is extended to the bottom portion of the rainwater tank. In this way, any detention of dirty water in the bottom portion of rainwater tank can be prevented. That is, when the water level exceeds its high water level, any dirty water in the bottom portion of the rainwater tank can be pushed upward and drained through the overflow pipe thereby keeping rainwater clean and healthy inside the tank.
