PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber mat for temporary recovery which easily corresponds to a rectangular shape of an excavated road surface around a root part of an electric pole and makes installation work easy and further easily corresponds to change in its shape and location of the electric pole in construction work such as new construction, transfer, removal or the like of the electric pole. SOLUTION: The rubber mat is divided into plurality and has recess parts 11a, 12a to which the electric pole is fitted. Pieces of the rubber mat are assembled to be installed in a flat rectangular shape to correspond to a shape of the excavated road around the root part of the electric pole by mats 1 for a base part to be installed in a rectangular shape around the electric pole and square mats 3, 4 having more than 2 kinds of large or small shapes for periphery to be installed adjacent to the mats 1 for the base part.
