PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily replace a primary joint material and an outer wall panel in maintenance, by maintaining a seal even if a joint width is expansively opened, by installing a joint material after installing the outer wall panel, in the joint material composed of primary and secondary joint materials installed in a joint between the outer wall panels of a building. SOLUTION: The secondary joint material 21 inserted under an upper tongue from the joint upper end, is composed of an extrusion molding product of a cross-sectional crest shape. A top part 21a and both end lips 21c are composed of a soft thermoplastic resin, and a part other than that is composed of a hard thermoplastic resin. A projection part 21d is projected on the opposite side of the lips 21c. The secondary joint material 21 is flattened by pushing in the top part 21a up to touching a column 11 via the joint 24 after insertion, and a point (m) for contacting the lips 21c with an upper tongue under surface, is positioned inside the projection part 21d in this state.
