PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for constructing a water passage in a pipeline by which delivery of an invert into an existing pipeline and its arrangement are facilitated, the centering in a direction of a pipeline axis and the inclination is facilitated, fixing of the invert in the existing pipeline thereafter is carried out easily and surely, and the invert does not float when injecting grout. SOLUTION: The method for constructing the water passage in the pipeline includes; a process of delivering, into the pipeline, a water passage construction member having a trough-like invert part and a pair of wings, a gripper used to fold the wings by gripping the invert part, and a temporary fixing jig for fixing the water passage construction member in the pipeline by extending the wings, and then connecting the water passage constructing members in sequence; a process of bringing the wings of the water passage construction member into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the pipeline under pressure by removing the gripper; a process of adjusting the inclination of the connected water passage construction members; a process of fixing the water passage construction members to the inner surface of the pipeline using the temporary fixing jig; a process of injecting the grout under pressure between the water passage construction members and the inner surface of the pipeline and then hardening the grout, and a process of removing the temporary fixing jig.
