PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new application of a pharmaceutically active derivative of N-phenyl-benzamide expressed by formula (I) or its pharmaceutically permissible salt. SOLUTION: The compound expressed by formula (I) is used for producing a treatment agent for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
