FUSION PROTEIN FOR SUPPRESSING CERVICAL CANCER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fusion protein for suppressing cervical cancer to suppress the development of cancer. SOLUTION: The fusion protein for suppressing cervical cancer contains E7 protein peptide sequence of human papiloma virus 16, a translocation peptide sequence and a peptide in the terminal fragment of carboxy group. The invention further provides an antibody composition bonded with the E7 peptide. The translocation peptide sequence is derived from a part of Pseudomonas aeruginosa exotoxin and shows a specific sequence of the E7 peptide. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
