PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To steplessly adjust the mounting position of a fixed plate and easily manufacture a tilt cylinder mounting device in the tilt cylinder mounting device applied to a load handling vehicle such as a forklift truck and installed between a mast and a tilt cylinder tilting the mast in the longitudinal direction. SOLUTION: This tilt cylinder mounting device comprises a fork bracket 2, an insertion bracket 3, an eccentric pin 4, the fixed plate 5, a square head part 6, a square hole 7, an elongated hole 8, a threaded hole 8, and a fixing bolt 10.
