The brush has a ring of bristles (8) surrounding a suction opening (11) at the flared end (10) of a tubular suction piece (3). The suction piece extends half-way down the length of the bristles. The upper ends of the bristles are held in a U-section ring (9) inside a profiled ring (5) formed in the main body (1). The ring has cylindrical sides (6) with inwardly-turned flanges (7). The main body has a part at an angle of 45 degrees to the tubular suction piece. It has a connection piece (2) with rounded circumferential ribs (14) separated by narrow grooves (15). The free end (13) tapers to a narrow edge.
