The cap has a cap part (2) fastened to a housing part to cover it. Another cap part (3) is fastened at the part (2) over a film hinge (4). Four mounting straps (5) sticks out at the lower side of the part (2), and include respective recesses (6). The cap part (3) forms a side wall of the cap, which is made of plastic. A sealing rib (7) is provided at the cap part (3). The cap parts are sealed against each other. An independent claim is also included for an actuator with a cap.
