The method for protecting the computer data of the invention will request th e user to input the correct password so as to change any program module, if th e password is not correct, then any action of adding, modifying, deleting, and subtracting the program module will be prevent. Additionally, the program module will be examined periodically to find out that whether the unauthoriz ed unusual action occurs or not. If the unauthorized unusual action occurs, the n the program module infected will be deleted, and the program module backuped previously will be loaded, such that the normal operation of the computer ca n be resumed rapidly. Additionally, also by providing a common password, certa in specific functions can have this common password, and through the monitoring of the monitor program, the specific function can be destroyed.
