<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superheated steam cooker capable of improving energy efficiency by providing an exhaust circulating device, and capable of reducing volume over the whole. <P>SOLUTION: This superheated steam cooker comprises a cooker main body having a heating chamber for housing an article, a superheated steam generating unit for generating superheated steam to be supplied into the heating chamber, a water pouring part provided in the cooker main body to pour water, a water supplying device provided between the water pouring part and the superheated steam generating unit and having a water supply pipe for supplying the water poured from the water pouring part to the superheated steam generating unit, an exhaust device having an exhaust pipe for exhausting the steam supplied to the heating chamber, an exhaust circulation pipe provided to supply the steam exhausted to the exhaust pipe to the superheated steam generating unit, and an exhaust circulating device provided between the exhaust pipe and the exhaust circulation pipe and having a flow passage selecting unit for selectively exhausting the steam exhausted to the exhaust pipe outside or selectively guiding to the exhaust circulation pipe. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
