CUSTOMER'S VEHICLE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system in which staff receives information on customers' visits to a store and their purchasing states after direct mails are sent to them, when they visit the store, to provide them with more sufficient services for their vehicles.

SOLUTION: A customer's vehicle management system includes a service in which things such as the consumable parts of customers' vehicles to be replaced in the near future are extracted based on POS data by a host computer which collects the POS data from a POS terminal of a service station via a communication network and direct mails are sent to the customers. When the customers visit the service station, transmission information on already sent direct mails and car-care article purchase history information on the customers' vehicles after the direct mails are sent are displayed on the display part of a terminal of the service station.
