<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressurizing and pressure retaining tool feeding fluid into a tube, after pressurization, capable of retaining the pressurization state, when retaining the pressurization, leaving no structure having a diameter larger than the tube to be applied, thus capable of easily retracting the tube and an endoscope externally inserted around the tube. <P>SOLUTION: This pressurizing and pressure retaining tool 2 is provided with a tubular body 6 constituted to be attached from the end part of a catheter 3 having a fluid feed hole 3c in its side and externally inserted around the catheter 3, a tool body 6 having first and second annular seal members 7a and 7b separated in the length direction in the internal circumferential face of the tubular body 6, and a sealing operation member 10 inserted from the opening end of the catheter 3 into the tube. A fluid injection hole 8 is provided in the side of the tubular body 6 between the first and second annular seal members; and the sealing operation member 10 is provided with an operation rod 11 narrower than the catheter 3 and a sealing member 12 provided at the distal end of the operation rod 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
