PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device mounting substrate which is adaptable without modifying the substrate even when a mounted programmable logic device is replaced with the programmable logic device of a different logic storage capacity, and when a configuration device is replaced with a configuration device of a different logic data storage capacity. SOLUTION: The device mounting substrate 1 comprises two or more configuration devices which store logic circuit data to be stored in a programmable logic device 2, and are selectively used in accordance with the logic storage capacity for storing the logic circuit of the programmable logic device 2.
