COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND COMMUNICATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a communication using an optimum application program according to a user which is a partner to communicate with. SOLUTION: A group formed for each of application programs corresponding to interpersonal relationships such as friend and family is registered in a user database 6 of a communication server device. Each application program corresponding to each interpersonal relationship of the registered groups is downloaded to a cellular phone of each user. When each user starts an application program corresponding to the interpersonal relationship of a user that is the partner to communicate with by operating the cellular phone to access the communication server device, the communication server device processes information transmitted and received between users of this group by use of this application program to mediate the communications between them.
