PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber cable for which a hard resin is used as a resin material for coating, which is easily bent in the range of an allowable bending radius of an optical fiber, and further is prevented from being bent to have a radius smaller than the allowable bending radius of the optical fiber. SOLUTION: The optical fiber cable 10 has a pair of coated optical fibers 11 arranged closely laid in parallel to each other and tensile strength cloth 12 is arranged on both sides of the pair of coated optical fiber 11. The coated optical fibers 11 and the tensile strength cloth 12 are altogether covered with a resin sheath 13 over a whole length and grooves 15 made on the upper face 13A and the lower face 13B of the sheath are formed along the longitudinal direction.
