PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panorama attachment optical system for obtaining an image in all the directions (entire circumference) being at 360°or projecting an image to all the directions, which is compact and has good resolving power. SOLUTION: The panorama attachment optical system 10 attached to the incident side of an image-forming lens 20 and forming the image in all the directions being at 360°on an image surface 30 is composed of a transparent medium rotationally symmetric around a center axis 1, and has at least one internal reflection surface 12 and at least two refraction surfaces 11 and 13. Then, a light beam enters the transparent medium through the incident surface 11, is reflected by the internal reflection surface 12, goes out from the transparent medium through the emitting surface 13 and forms the image at a position deviated from the center axis on the image surface 30 through the image-forming lens 20 in light beam advancing order, and all the internal reflection surface and the refraction surfaces have shape rotationally symmetric around the center axis, and luminous flux 2 made incident from afar forms the image at least once on a cross section including the center axis but does not form the image on a plane orthogonal to the cross section and including the center light beam 2<SB>0</SB>of the luminous flux.
