PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser marking device capable of reducing a size even in the marking device irradiated with a large number of light lines and light beams, capable of regulating easily the plurality of light lines and light beams, and capable of forming the light lines and light beams of high precision. SOLUTION: Half-mirrors 9, 10 are formed into an integrated beam splitter 8 to divide a laser beam source into the first laser beam source 6 for forming the light lines and the second laser beam source for irradiating a ground marking point and to branch a laser beam for forming the light lines, and the lines are formed via a light line regulating mechanism. The second laser beam source 29 for irradiating the ground marking point is attached to a lower side of a lens barrel 5 to position the laser beam onto an intersection of the orthogonal vertical light lines, by advancing and retracting the second regulation screw 32.
