PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic image conversion panel for mammography of high productivity capable of securing an image position required for photographing a chest wall portion, and capable of preventing a characteristic of a stimulable phosphor layer from getting low by moisture absorption, over a long period, and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: In this radiographic image conversion panel for mammography, the stimulable phosphor layer is formed on a rectangular substrate having two sets of parallel sides orthogonal each other, and the stimulable phosphor layer is sealed by a moisture-proof protection film via a sealing adhesive layer. In the stimulable phosphor layer, at least one of the first side in the one set of the parallel sides out of the two sets of parallel sides of the substrate, and an end part of the stimulable phosphor layer are formed with the first distance incapable of obtaining a prescribed moisture-proof effect even when bonding the moisture-proof protection film on the substrate via the sealing adhesive layer, and each of the second parallel sides and the end part of the stimulable phosphor layer are formed with the second distance longer than the first distance and capable of obtaining the prescribed moisture-proof effect, with respect to the substrate.
