摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample injection method capable of freely adjusting the pressure of the sample injected in a mobile phase with simple configuration in a supercritical fluid chromatography device, and a sample injection device. SOLUTION: A step for connecting a pipe 14, through which a mobile phase containing a spercritical fluid and a solvent flows, so as to take a long way around a two-way valve 41 for opening and closing the pipe 14 and sealing the sample in the sample loop 49 closed with respect to the pipe 14 by two-way valves 43a and 43b and a step for further pressurizing sample sealed until the pressure of the sealed sample becomes a set predetermined pressure are provided. The sample loop 49 having the pressurized sample is opened to the pipe 14 and the flow of the mobile phase of the pipe 14 is regulated by the two-way valve 41 to introduce the mobile phase in the sample loop 49 from the pipe 14 to inject the sample in the pipe 14. After the injection of the sample, the two-way valves 43a and 43b are closed to change over a three-way valve 44b and a pressure release pipe 48 and the sample loop 49 are connected to lower the pressure in the sample loop 49.
