PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a quantity of arranging cut flowers, without requiring a place so much. SOLUTION: A hole 5 for arranging flowers is bored on respective upper surfaces of rectangular solid blocks 2 and 3 of two stages for constituting a flower vase. A shaft hole 6 for storing a support shaft 10 is bored on an under surface of an upper stage block and an upper surface of a lower stage block. The support shaft is made of stainless steel, and has a collar 11 in the middle of it. A shaft part above its collar is inserted into and fixed to the hole 6 of the upper stage block 2 by applying an adhesive. A stainless steel sleeve 12 applied with the adhesive is inserted into and fixed to the hole 6 of the lower stage block 3. A lower half of the support shaft 10 is inserted into this sleeve. A collar 13 is fixed to the upper end of the sleeve 12, and the collar 11 of a support shaft body abuts on this collar. For regulating a rotational movement range of the upper stage block 2, a circular arc-shaped hole 14 is bored in the sleeve side collar 13, and a projection 15 engaging with this circular arc-shaped hole is arranged on an under surface of the support shaft side collar 11.
