PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly of a tire and a rim allowing movement for the shortest required distance safely and certainly when the tire has got an external injury and is punctured, for example, to a place where the tire can undergo repairing. SOLUTION: The assembly of the tire and the rim is structured so that the tire is mounted on the rim and a number of hollow particles composed of continuous layers made of resin and independent bubbles are arranged in a tire air chamber partitioned by the tire and the rim, wherein the hollow part pressure of each particle is made 70% or more of vehicle-specified tire internal pressure at the time of normal traveling, and the re-expansion start temperature of the particle is made 90-200°C.
