The invention relates to a drainage sac for accommodating aspirated body fluids, comprising a connector element (4) for connection to a drainage line, provided with a one-way valve (8), permitting a flow of body fluids from the drainage line into the drainage sac (B) and preventing a flow of body fluids from the drainage sac (B) into the drainage line. Said drainage sac (B) prevents a backflow of the fluid already aspirated in a simple manner and fulfils the highest hygiene requirements.
