The modular dispenser for carrying bread and cakes and pastries from the oven to the point of sale, e.g. in a supermarket, has at least one drawer (1) with at least one longitudinal and horizontal opening grid. The grid swings on a horizontal pivot axis at the upper edge of the drawer, to be positioned by a keyed lever (2). It works with a dividing wall (3) to retain the contents when closed, and allow them to drop through the gap formed when open.
