The an antistatic aromatic polyimide film comprises an aromatic polyimide film having dispersed in it 14-50 wt.%, based on the weight of the polyimide, of electrically conductive silica particles coated with a layer of antimony-containing tin oxide, where the amount of antimony is 1-20 wt.% of the tin oxide, to provide a surface resistivity of 104-1012 ohms/square. |
